श्रीवत्सवक्षसं भ्राजत्कौस्तुभामुक्तकन्धरम् । हारकेयूरवलयांगदं पीतांबरं स्मरेत् ॥ ३३ ॥
śrīvatsavakṣasaṃ bhrājatkaustubhāmuktakandharam | hārakeyūravalayāṃgadaṃ pītāṃbaraṃ smaret || 33 ||
Qu’on médite sur le Seigneur dont la poitrine porte la marque de Śrīvatsa, dont le cou est orné du joyau Kaustubha resplendissant; paré de collier, d’armilles, de bracelets et d’ornements du bras, et vêtu du vêtement jaune (pītāmbara).

It prescribes a concrete dhyāna-form of Viṣṇu—marked by Śrīvatsa and Kaustubha—so the mind can be steadied on a sacred iconography, turning remembrance (smaraṇa) into focused devotion.
Bhakti here is practiced as smaraṇa/dhyāna: repeatedly contemplating the Lord’s auspicious marks and ornaments, which trains attention, reverence, and continuous inner worship even outside external ritual.
It supports ritual-technical practice by giving dhyāna-lakṣaṇa (meditation markers) used alongside mantra and pūjā—helping correct visualization and mental placement during worship procedures.
