Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 115

Mahāviṣṇu-Mantras: Aṣṭākṣarī, Sudarśana-Astra, Nyāsa Systems, Āvaraṇa-Pūjā, and Prayogas

दधतं च करैर्दंष्ट्राग्रलसद्धरणिं स्मरेत् । एवं ध्यात्वा जपेल्लक्षं दशांशं सरसीरुहैः ॥ ११५ ॥

dadhataṃ ca karairdaṃṣṭrāgralasaddharaṇiṃ smaret | evaṃ dhyātvā japellakṣaṃ daśāṃśaṃ sarasīruhaiḥ || 115 ||

Qu’on se souvienne en méditation de Lui tenant la terre dans ses mains, la terre étincelant au bout de ses défenses. Après une telle contemplation, qu’on récite le mantra cent mille fois (un lakh) et qu’on en offre le dixième en oblation avec des fleurs de lotus.
