आं ह्रीं स्वर्णनिभं जान्वोरधो नाभेः सितप्रभम् । इष्टाभीतिगदाशंखचक्रशक्त्यसिखेटकान् ॥ ११४ ॥
āṃ hrīṃ svarṇanibhaṃ jānvoradho nābheḥ sitaprabham | iṣṭābhītigadāśaṃkhacakraśaktyasikheṭakān || 114 ||
Avec les syllabes-semences «āṃ» et «hrīṃ», qu’on médite ainsi : au-dessous des genoux, une teinte d’or ; du nombril vers le bas, une splendeur blanche. Et qu’on Le voie comme le Donateur des grâces désirées et de l’intrépidité, portant la massue, la conque, le disque, la lance (śakti), l’épée et le bouclier.

It teaches a precise dhyāna-krama (meditative visualization) of Vishnu’s form—color, region of the body, and divine weapons—combined with bīja-mantras, aligning mind and mantra for focused devotional absorption.
By instructing the devotee to contemplate Vishnu as the giver of iṣṭa (desired spiritual good) and abhīti (fearlessness), it frames devotion as refuge-taking (śaraṇāgati) supported by steady remembrance through form-meditation.
