ताम्रपात्रे शुद्धतोयपूरिते रक्तचंदनम् । रक्तपुष्पाक्षतफलान्याक्षिप्यार्ध्यं समर्पयेत् । मंगलाय ततो मंत्री इदं मंत्रद्वयं पठेत् ॥ ९६ ॥
tāmrapātre śuddhatoyapūrite raktacaṃdanam | raktapuṣpākṣataphalānyākṣipyārdhyaṃ samarpayet | maṃgalāya tato maṃtrī idaṃ maṃtradvayaṃ paṭhet || 96 ||
Dans un vase de cuivre rempli d’eau pure, qu’on dépose du santal rouge, des fleurs rouges, de l’akṣata (riz intact) et des fruits, puis qu’on l’offre en ārghya. Ensuite, pour l’heureux augure, le mantrin (officiant) récitera cette paire de mantras.
