सूर्यं च मूर्ध्नि वदने हृदि गुह्ये च पादयोः । सद्यादिपञ्च ह्रस्वाद्यान् न्यसेन्ङे हृदयोंऽतिमान् ॥ ८ ॥

Transliteration

sūryaṃ ca mūrdhni vadane hṛdi guhye ca pādayoḥ | sadyādipañca hrasvādyān nyasenṅe hṛdayoṃ'timān || 8 ||

Translation

Qu’il accomplisse le nyāsa en plaçant Sūrya, le Soleil, sur le sommet de la tête, dans la bouche, au cœur, dans la région secrète et aux pieds; puis qu’il installe aussi les cinq mantras commençant par « sadya… », avec les voyelles brèves et les autres sons, achevant ainsi le hṛdaya-nyāsa selon l’ordre prescrit.
