Sanatkumara
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It frames Gaṇeśa-mantra practice as a complete sādhanā capable of yielding both legitimate worldly fulfillment (bhukti) and the highest goal (mukti), establishing the scope and intention of the chapter’s teaching.
By emphasizing “samārādhya” (proper propitiation), the verse points to devoted, disciplined worship as the effective means—devotion expressed through mantra-upāsanā that ripens into grace and attainment.
The verse signals a technical, practice-oriented treatment of mantra (mantra-vidyā)—how specific mantras are to be used in sādhanā for defined results, aligning with the Third Pada’s focus on applied sacred sciences.
