Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It teaches that worship becomes effective when the materials are ritually purified; reciting the Mūla Gāyatrī while sprinkling sanctifies the offerings before they are presented.
Bhakti is expressed through careful, reverent service—preparing pādya, arghya, ācamanīya, and madhuparka with mantra-purification shows attentive devotion in formal pūjā.
It highlights ritual procedure (prayoga) and mantra-application—using a specific mantra (Mūla Gāyatrī) for prokṣaṇa (sprinkling) to consecrate pūjā articles and offerings.
