The Explanation of Sandhyā and Related Daily Observances
Saṅdhyā-ādi Nitya-karma-Vidhi
दीर्घत्रयेन्दुयुग्व्योमपूर्वकैश्च पिबेज्जलम् । आत्मविद्याशिवैरेव शैवं स्वाहावसानिकैः ॥ ५२ ॥
dīrghatrayenduyugvyomapūrvakaiśca pibejjalam | ātmavidyāśivaireva śaivaṃ svāhāvasānikaiḥ || 52 ||
Après avoir d’abord prononcé les syllabes « dīrgha, traya, indu, yuga, vyoma », qu’on boive l’eau ; et de même, avec les mantras śaivas composés de « ātma, vidyā, śiva » et se terminant par « svāhā », qu’on accomplisse le rite śaiva.
