प्रतिक्रियां करिष्यामीत्युक्तवा चांतर्दधे तदा । राजा तु भयसंविग्नो वनेसैन्यं समेत्य च ॥ १५ ॥

pratikriyāṃ kariṣyāmītyuktavā cāṃtardadhe tadā | rājā tu bhayasaṃvigno vanesainyaṃ sametya ca || 15 ||

Disant : «Je prendrai des contre-mesures», il disparut aussitôt aux regards. Mais le roi, ébranlé par la peur, rassembla aussi ses troupes de la forêt.
