Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 97

Gṛhastha-nitya-karman: Śauca, Sandhyā-vidhi, Pañca-yajña, and Āśrama-krama

भवेत्रिषवणस्नायी नारायणपरायणः । जपेच्च प्रणवं नित्यं जितात्मा विजितेंद्रियः ॥ ९७ ॥

bhavetriṣavaṇasnāyī nārāyaṇaparāyaṇaḥ | japecca praṇavaṃ nityaṃ jitātmā vijiteṃdriyaḥ || 97 ||

Qu’il se baigne aux trois jonctions du jour et se voue entièrement à Nārāyaṇa; qu’il répète sans cesse le Praṇava (Oṁ), maître de lui-même et les sens domptés.
