ईश्वरो बहुधान्यश्च प्रमाथी विक्रमो वृषः । चित्रभानुस्सुभानुश्च तारणः पार्थिवोऽव्ययः ॥ ११६ ॥
īśvaro bahudhānyaśca pramāthī vikramo vṛṣaḥ | citrabhānussubhānuśca tāraṇaḥ pārthivo'vyayaḥ || 116 ||
Il est le Seigneur Suprême; prodigue en nourriture et en prospérité; le puissant dompteur; la vaillance même; le Taureau juste (Vṛṣa), soutien du dharma. Il rayonne d’un éclat aux mille nuances et d’une lumière de bon augure; il est le Sauveur qui fait traverser les êtres; il demeure comme souverain dans le monde terrestre; et pourtant il est impérissable.
