Jyotiṣa-saṅgraha: Varga-vibhāga, Bala-nirṇaya, Garbha-phala, Āyuḥ-gaṇanā
नेष्टा योगाः शुभैर्दृष्टाः पापाः स्युर्नात्र संशयः । मंदेऽस्ते मंदभांशेंगे निषैकेब्दत्रये जनिः ॥ ६४ ॥
neṣṭā yogāḥ śubhairdṛṣṭāḥ pāpāḥ syurnātra saṃśayaḥ | maṃde'ste maṃdabhāṃśeṃge niṣaikebdatraye janiḥ || 64 ||
Même les yogas ordinairement tenus pour favorables deviennent défavorables lorsqu’ils sont « vus » et supplantés par des influences maléfiques : il n’y a là aucun doute. Quand Saturne est couché (asta) et que l’ascendant tombe dans une portion saturnienne, la naissance survient, sous cette condition, dans un délai de trois ans.
