Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 118

Jyotiṣa-saṅgraha: Varga-vibhāga, Bala-nirṇaya, Garbha-phala, Āyuḥ-gaṇanā

लग्ने शेष्टमगेष्टेशे तनुस्थे पंचवत्सरम् । कवीज्ययोगे सौम्याब्जौ लग्ने मृत्यौ च स्वेषवः ॥ ११८ ॥

lagne śeṣṭamageṣṭeśe tanusthe paṃcavatsaram | kavījyayoge saumyābjau lagne mṛtyau ca sveṣavaḥ || 118 ||

Si le maître de l’ascendant et le maître de la huitième maison se trouvent dans le corps (l’ascendant), cela indique une vie de cinq ans. Et lorsque Vénus et Jupiter sont en conjonction, tandis que Mercure et la Lune sont à l’ascendant, le natif rencontre la mort dans cet ascendant même.
