It links orderly ritual giving (kramāt) with a defined spiritual result—Svarga-loka—while also prescribing a specific observance on Śukla Daśamī focused on worship of the fourteen Yamās.
Bhakti here is expressed as disciplined reverence through sanctioned worship and offering—devotion embodied in correct timing (tithi) and prescribed recipients—showing that devotion in Purāṇic practice often includes ritual exactness alongside faith.
Kalā/astronomical timing and ritual calendrics are implied through tithi-specific instruction (Śukla Daśamī), reflecting Vedāṅga Jyotiṣa-style attention to proper lunar days for rites.
