Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 10

The Exposition of the Ṣaṣṭhī-vrata Observed Through the Twelve Months

गृहीत्वा वंशपात्रे तु धृत्वा पिंडाकृतिं च ताम् । पञ्चधा ललितां तत्र ध्यायेद्वनविलासिनीम् ॥ १० ॥

gṛhītvā vaṃśapātre tu dhṛtvā piṃḍākṛtiṃ ca tām | pañcadhā lalitāṃ tatra dhyāyedvanavilāsinīm || 10 ||

Prenant un récipient de bambou et y déposant cette offrande en forme de boule, qu’on médite là sur la Divine Dame Lalitā, celle qui se plaît dans la forêt, gracieuse en sa forme quintuple.
