The Account of the Third-day Vow Observed through the Twelve Months
Tṛtīyā-vrata
एवं कृतविधिर्विप्र नरो विष्णुपरायणः । विष्णुलोकमवाप्नोति सर्वदेवनमस्कृतः ॥ १५ ॥
evaṃ kṛtavidhirvipra naro viṣṇuparāyaṇaḥ | viṣṇulokamavāpnoti sarvadevanamaskṛtaḥ || 15 ||
Ainsi, ô brāhmaṇa, celui qui a accompli selon la règle le rite prescrit et demeure tout entier voué à Viṣṇu atteint le monde de Viṣṇu, honoré par tous les dieux.

It states that correct observance of the prescribed religious procedure, when united with exclusive devotion to Viṣṇu, culminates in attaining Viṣṇu’s own realm—an affirmation of bhakti-oriented liberation (Vaikuṇṭha-prāpti).
Bhakti is presented as viṣṇu-parāyaṇatā—taking Viṣṇu as the highest refuge. The verse implies that rites are perfected when their inner orientation is devotion to Viṣṇu, leading to the supreme destination.
The emphasis is on vidhi—proper ritual procedure and correctness of performance, which connects to Kalpa (ritual discipline) as a practical, applied aspect of Vedic practice.
