सदा चागत्मिका वत्स भोगसौख्यविवर्द्धनी । द्वितीये क्षत्त्रियाणां तु वृत्तिः सम्यक्प्रकीर्तिता ॥ १५ ॥
sadā cāgatmikā vatsa bhogasaukhyavivarddhanī | dvitīye kṣattriyāṇāṃ tu vṛttiḥ samyakprakīrtitā || 15 ||
Et, cher enfant, cela est toujours lié au « recevoir / revenu » et accroît jouissance et confort. Dans le deuxième pāda, la conduite et le moyen de subsistance des kṣatriya sont proclamés avec justesse.

It frames livelihood (vṛtti) as a dharmic category and notes that certain modes of earning tend to increase worldly enjoyment; the Purana then directs that Kṣatriya conduct be taught correctly so power and prosperity remain aligned with dharma.
Indirectly: by regulating worldly life through dharma (proper vṛtti), the mind becomes steadier and less conflicted, creating supportive conditions for sustained Vishnu-bhakti rather than uncontrolled pursuit of bhoga.
