Karṇa–Bhīmasena Engagement
Chapter 111
The verse highlights how krodha (wrath) propels a warrior into reckless escalation—moving rapidly from target to target and resorting to fearsome weapons—implying an ethical warning that anger can eclipse restraint and proportion even in a dharma-framed war.
Sañjaya reports a combatant, inflamed with anger, charging from one chariot engagement to another and then casting the Haiḍimba missile/weapon, signaling a sharp intensification of the fighting at this moment in Droṇa Parva.
