परितुष्टो भवाम्येवं मानुषाणां महात्मनाम्‌ | तन्मां ये पूजयिष्यन्ति नास्ति तेषां पराभव:

Transliteration

parituṣṭo bhavāmy evaṁ mānuṣāṇāṁ mahātmanām | tan māṁ ye pūjayiṣyanti nāsti teṣāṁ parābhavaḥ ||

Translation

Bhishma dit : «Ainsi je suis pleinement satisfait des hommes au noble esprit. Ceux qui me rendront un culte—il n’y aura pour eux aucune défaite.»
