Adhyaya 89: शौचाचारलक्षणम् — सदाचार, भैक्ष्यचर्या, प्रायश्चित्त, द्रव्यशुद्धि, आशौच-निर्णय

श्रावयेद्वा यथान्यायं ब्राह्मणान् दग्धकिल्बिषान् ब्रह्मलोकमनुप्राप्य ब्रह्मणा सह मोदते
Transliteration
śrāvayedvā yathānyāyaṃ brāhmaṇān dagdhakilbiṣān brahmalokamanuprāpya brahmaṇā saha modate
Translation
Ou bien, ayant fait réciter selon la règle les brahmanes—dont les fautes ont été brûlées—(les textes sacrés), on atteint le monde de Brahmā ; et, parvenu à Brahmaloka, on s’y réjouit en la compagnie de Brahmā.
