दक्षयज्ञध्वंसः—वीरभद्रप्रेषणं, देवविष्ण्वोः पराजयः, पुनरनुग्रहः

दग्धुं वै प्रेषितश्चासौ भगवान् परमेष्ठिना तदोत्पातो बभूवाथ लोकानां भयशंसनः

Transliteration

dagdhuṃ vai preṣitaścāsau bhagavān parameṣṭhinā tadotpāto babhūvātha lokānāṃ bhayaśaṃsanaḥ

Translation

Envoyé par Parameṣṭhin (Brahmā) pour réduire en cendres, cet être divin s’en alla; et alors apparut un présage, signe funeste annonçant la crainte pour tous les mondes.
