जानपदास्त्वमित्रसाधारणाः इति ॥ कZ_०८.१.२७ ॥
Transliteration
jānapadās tv amitra-sādhāraṇāḥ iti.
Translation
Mais les ruraux sont aisément « communs » à l’ennemi (c’est-à-dire faciles à partager avec lui ou à influencer).
