जनपदमूला दुर्गकोशदण्डसेतुवार्त्तारम्भाः ॥ कZ_०८.१.२९ ॥

Transliteration

janapadamūlā durgakośadaṇḍasetuvārttārambhāḥ

Translation

Les fortifications, le trésor, la puissance coercitive (châtiment/armée), les ouvrages d’irrigation (digues/canaux), l’activité économique et toutes les entreprises ont leur racine dans la campagne (janapada).
