कृतलक्षणद्रव्यक्रयविक्रयाधानेषु योगसुरामत्तान्वा ग्राहयेयुः ॥ कZ_०४.५.१० ॥

Transliteration

kṛtalakṣaṇadravyakrayavikrayādhāneṣu yogasurāmattān vā grāhayeyuḥ

Translation

Lors de l’achat, de la vente et de la mise en gage/nantissement de marchandises marquées, ils doivent faire arrêter ceux qui sont pris en collusion ou ceux qui sont ivres de boisson (c’est‑à‑dire rendus vulnérables et pris sur le fait).
