Para Pippalāda, los sabios versados en el Veda realizaron los saṃskāra prescritos por las Escrituras. Dotado de los seis Vedāṅgas y de las disciplinas auxiliares, él dominó y sacó a la luz los Vedas; y para los munis que moraban en aquel āśrama, llegó a ser de inmenso provecho.
