किं निमित्तं सुरश्रेष्ठ न जानीमो वयं प्रभो । तेषां तद्वचनं श्रुत्वा चिरं ध्यात्वा पितामहः
kiṃ nimittaṃ suraśreṣṭha na jānīmo vayaṃ prabho | teṣāṃ tadvacanaṃ śrutvā ciraṃ dhyātvā pitāmahaḥ
«¿Por qué causa sucede esto, oh el mejor de los dioses? No lo sabemos, oh Señor». Al oír sus palabras, Pitāmaha (Brahmā) meditó largamente.
