Type: temple
Listener: surādhīśa / deveśa (the Lord of gods addressed; contextually Śiva as Hāṭakeśvara)
Scene: King Ambarīṣa, hands folded, addresses the Lord of gods after worship, expressing that with divine pleasure nothing is unattainable on earth.
Divine grace responds to sincere worship; when the Lord is pleased, obstacles—even karmic afflictions—can be removed.
The broader passage glorifies the Hāṭakeśvara/Jāhnavī tīrtha where the requested healing and purification will occur.
Pūjā (worship) of the Lord is explicitly referenced as Ambarīṣa’s means to obtain the desired boon.
