वृत्र उवाच । अहं तव वचो ब्रह्मन्करिष्यामि सदैव हि । संगमं कुरु शक्रेण सांप्रतं मम सद्द्विज
vṛtra uvāca | ahaṃ tava vaco brahmankariṣyāmi sadaiva hi | saṃgamaṃ kuru śakreṇa sāṃprataṃ mama saddvija
Vṛtra dijo: «Oh brahmán, ciertamente cumpliré siempre tu palabra. Oh buen brāhmaṇa, dispone ahora un encuentro para mí con Śakra».
