क ईषते तुज्यते को बिभाय को मंसते सन्तमिन्द्रं को अन्ति । कस्तोकाय क इभायोत रायेऽधि ब्रवत्तन्वे को जनाय ॥
ká ī́ṣate tuj́yate kó bibhāya kó máṃsate sántam índraṃ kó ánti | kás tokā́ya kó íbhāyóta rāyé ’dhi bravat tanvé kó jánāya ||
¿Quién se adelanta, quién es llevado al choque, quién teme? ¿Quién puede, en el pensamiento, abarcar al Indra real, el cercano? ¿Quién habla de él: para el niño, quién para las fuerzas poderosas, y para la riqueza y la plenitud; quién para el cuerpo, quién para el pueblo?
