prá vo yáhvaṃ purūṇā́ṃ viśā́ṃ deva-yatī́nām | agníṃ sūktébhir vácobhir īmahe yáṃ sīm íd anyá īḷate ||

Hacia vosotros llevamos adelante al poderoso Agni — para los muchos pueblos que buscan lo Divino. A Agni lo invocamos con himnos bien tejidos y con palabras, a aquel a quien también los otros, en verdad, veneran.
