Sarga 75: Bharata and Kausalya—Reproach, Oaths, and Reconciliation
मा च तं व्यूढबाह्वंसं चन्द्रार्कसमतेजसम्।द्राक्षीद्राज्यस्थमासीनं यस्यार्योऽनुमतेगतः।।।।
mā ca taṁ vyūḍha-bāhv-aṁsaṁ candrārka-sama-tejasam |
drākṣīd rājya-stham āsīnaṁ yasyāryo 'numate gataḥ ||
Y que aquel por cuyo consejo fue desterrado mi noble hermano jamás lo contemple—de anchos brazos y hombros, resplandeciente como el sol y la luna—sentado en el trono del reino.
May the one who counselled the exile of my esteemed brother be highly unfortunate like me in not being able to behold that long-armed and broad-shoulderd one seated on the throne and resembling both the Sun and the Moon in radiance!
