Gifts to Suyajna and the Brahmins; Trijata’s Petition and Rama’s Charity
तत स्सभार्य स्त्रिजटो महामुनिर्गवामनीकं प्रतिगृह्य मोदितः।यशोबलप्रीतिसुखोपबृंहणीस्तदाशिष: प्रत्यवदन्महात्मनः।।।।
tataḥ sa-bhāryaḥ strijaṭo mahāmunir gavām anīkaṃ pratigṛhya moditaḥ |
yaśo-bala-prīti-sukhopabṛṃhaṇīs tad āśiṣaḥ pratyavadan mahātmanaḥ ||
Después, el gran sabio Strijaṭa, junto con su esposa, aceptó gozoso una multitud de vacas y devolvió al noble Rāma bendiciones que acrecientan la fama, la fuerza, el afecto y la dicha.
Thereafter that great sage Trijata along with his wife, immensely happy to receive multitudes of cows, pronounced blessings on the magnanimous Rama for glory, power, pleasure and prosperity.
