Narada
Vrata: Lalitā-vrata (contextual continuation)
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It links outer ritual setup (placing a piṇḍa in a bamboo vessel) with inner worship, emphasizing that the act becomes spiritually effective through focused dhyāna on the presiding divine presence.
Bhakti here is expressed as upāsanā—loving, steady meditation on the deity’s graceful form—showing that devotion is not only offerings but also contemplative remembrance during the rite.
Ritual application aligned with Kalpa (procedural discipline): selecting a proper vessel, arranging the offering (piṇḍa), and performing structured meditation (pañcadhā) as part of a regulated rite.
