Ādi-parva Adhyāya 116 — Pāṇḍu’s Transgression of the Curse and Mādrī’s Final Charge
इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत आदिपर्वके अन्तर्गत सम्भवपर्वमें गान्धारीपुत्रोत्पत्तिविषयक एक सौ चौदहवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
Iti prakāraḥ śrīmahābhārate ādiparvake antargata-sambhavaparvaṇi gāndhārīputrotpatti-viṣayaka ekaśata-caturdaśatamo 'dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ.
Así concluye el capítulo ciento catorce de la sección Sambhava, dentro del Ādi Parva del venerable Mahābhārata, relativo al nacimiento de los hijos de Gāndhārī. La fórmula de cierre señala la culminación de una unidad narrativa y pone de relieve la cuidadosa organización del linaje y de la causalidad, elementos fundacionales de las tensiones éticas que más adelante se desplegarán.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
