Maṇḍala Worship and Homa Sequence for the Disciple
स्वात्मनो व्यापिकां तद्वद्वागीशां च विचिंतयेत् । नभोमंडलसंकाशां पूर्णांतं चापि पूर्ववत्
svātmano vyāpikāṃ tadvadvāgīśāṃ ca viciṃtayet | nabhomaṃḍalasaṃkāśāṃ pūrṇāṃtaṃ cāpi pūrvavat
In the same way, one should contemplate the all-pervading power within one’s own Self, and likewise contemplate Vāgīśā, the goddess who presides over sacred speech. One should envision her as radiant like the expanse of the sky, and as complete—pervading from beginning to end—just as taught earlier.

It teaches dhyāna on the all-pervading Śakti within the Self and the purification of vāk (speech) by recognizing its divine source, aligning the seeker with Pati (Shiva) through inner fullness and pervasion.
By training the mind to perceive pervasion and completeness, the devotee learns to see the Liṅga not as a mere object but as a saguna support revealing the nirguna, all-pervading reality of Shiva and His Śakti.
A visualization-based dhyāna: contemplate the inner, all-pervading power and meditate on Vāgīśā as sky-like radiance—supporting mantra-japa and disciplined speech as part of Shaiva sādhanā.
