Gaurī’s Entry and the Vision of Śiva

How could the supreme state be forgotten when one is united through the yoga of the limbs, pursued with one’s own steady resolve? In that condition, the causes that bring impurity to the mind do not arise at all.

It teaches that when yoga is practiced with firm inner resolve, the mind becomes free from the very causes of impurity; in such clarity, the highest awareness of Shiva (the supreme state) is not lost or forgotten.
Linga-worship and Saguna Shiva upāsanā steady the mind and support aṅga-yoga; as distractions and impurities subside, devotion matures into direct, unwavering remembrance of Shiva’s highest reality.
A practical takeaway is disciplined aṣṭāṅga-yoga supported by Shaiva japa—especially the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya)—so that mental taints do not arise and remembrance of Shiva remains continuous.
