इति तद्वचनं सत्यं भवत्वथ दिवौकसः । पुत्राश्च पितरश्चैव वयं सर्वे परस्परम्

It emphasizes interdependence and shared lineage among beings, encouraging humility and harmony—an outlook aligned with Shaiva Siddhanta ethics where right relationship (dharma) supports the soul’s purification under Pati (Shiva).
By affirming mutual connectedness, it prepares the devotee to approach Saguna Shiva (as Linga) with reverence toward all life, recognizing Shiva as the sustaining Lord who orders relationships and duties within the cosmos.
Practice a brief contemplation before japa—seeing all beings as interconnected—then chant the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with a vow of non-harm and respectful conduct toward others.
