It highlights that a dharmic lineage is measured by righteousness (dharma) and inner strength, implying that worldly rule becomes spiritually meaningful when aligned with Shiva-centered virtue and right conduct.
Though genealogical, the Uma Saṃhitā frames righteous kingship as supportive of Shaiva order—protecting dharma, temples, vows, and proper worship—through which devotion to Saguna Shiva (as Linga and Lord) is sustained in society.
The verse implicitly recommends dharma-based living; a practical Shaiva takeaway is daily Panchākṣarī japa ("Om Namaḥ Śivāya") with Tripuṇḍra and reverence for Shiva’s devotees, to cultivate the “paramadhārmika” disposition.
