Manvantarāṇukīrtana
Enumeration of the Manvantaras and Manus
ऋतधामा तदिन्द्रो हि त्रिलोकी राज्यकृत्सुखी । द्वादशे चैव पर्याये भाव्ये रौच्यांतरे मुने
ṛtadhāmā tadindro hi trilokī rājyakṛtsukhī | dvādaśe caiva paryāye bhāvye raucyāṃtare mune
O sage, in the coming twelfth cycle, in the Raucya Manvantara, Ṛtadhāmā will indeed become Indra—ruling the three worlds and enjoying the happiness born of sovereignty.

Tattva Level: pasha
Shiva Form: Īśāna
Cosmic Event: Raucya Manvantara; twelfth cycle (paryāya) with change of Indra
It places worldly power (Indra’s rule over the three worlds) within recurring cosmic cycles, implying that sovereignty is time-bound, while Shaiva liberation depends on turning to Pati (Shiva) beyond such changing offices.
By highlighting the impermanence of even Indra’s status across Manvantaras, the text indirectly points seekers toward steadier refuge—Saguna Shiva worship (Linga, mantra, devotion) that leads toward the transcendent Lord beyond cosmic administration.
A practical takeaway is to prioritize daily Shiva-upasana—japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and Linga-abhiṣeka—rather than seeking transient worldly rulership or its fruits.
