सृष्टिविस्तारप्रश्नः (Sṛṣṭi-vistāra-praśnaḥ) — The Detailed Inquiry into Creation
मनोहरायाश्शिशिरः प्राणोऽथ रमणस्तथा । अनिलस्य शिवा भार्य्या यस्याः पुत्राः पुरोजवः
manoharāyāśśiśiraḥ prāṇo'tha ramaṇastathā | anilasya śivā bhāryyā yasyāḥ putrāḥ purojavaḥ
For Manoharā, her sons were Śiśira, Prāṇa, and also Ramaṇa. She became the auspicious wife of Anila, the Wind-god, and her sons were the swift Purojavas.

It situates the divine cosmos in an ordered lineage, showing how even deities like Vāyu function within Śiva’s overarching governance (Pati), supporting the Shaiva view that the universe operates through divinely appointed powers.
Though genealogical, it reinforces Saguna Śiva’s lordship over manifested forces (like wind/prāṇa). In Linga worship, devotees honor Śiva as the inner ruler of all tattvas and deities, not merely one among them.
Meditate on prāṇa (life-breath) as being governed by Śiva: while doing japa of the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” contemplate that breath and wind are instruments within Śiva’s cosmic order.
