The verse enumerates personified powers—dharma (Arundhatī), intention (Saṅkalpā), sacred time (Muhūrtā), and liminal worship moments (Sandhyā)—showing that Shiva’s order (pati) is mirrored through śaktis governing conduct, time, and inner resolve.
In Saguna worship, devotees approach Shiva through structured means—right conduct, sankalpa, auspicious timing, and sandhyā-devotion—so the list supports disciplined linga-upāsanā aligned with cosmic rhythms and Shiva’s śakti.
Maintain a clear saṅkalpa before pūjā/japa, observe sandhyā times for mantra recitation (e.g., pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”), and perform worship at an auspicious muhūrta with steady dharmic conduct.
