Above that, one should understand the eternal realm of Śiva, Śivaloka. It is imperishable, supremely divine, and forever endowed with great splendor.
Suta Goswami
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
It points to Śivaloka as the highest, eternal state—imperishable and luminous—signifying liberation (mokṣa) through the grace of Pati (Śiva), beyond the perishable planes bound by pāśa.
By praising Śivaloka’s transcendence and splendor, it supports Saguna worship (Liṅga, mūrti, mantra) as a valid means that elevates the devotee toward the supreme abode and realization of Śiva as Pati.
Contemplate Śiva as the imperishable, supremely divine Lord and fix the mind on His realm through japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and steady dhyāna on Śiva’s luminous presence.
