श्रुत्वा निन्दाम्भवस्याथ तत्क्षणादेव संत्यजेत् । स्वदेहं तन्निहत्याशु शिवलोकं स गच्छति
śrutvā nindāmbhavasyātha tatkṣaṇādeva saṃtyajet | svadehaṃ tannihatyāśu śivalokaṃ sa gacchati
Having heard blasphemy of Śiva, one should abandon that company that very instant. If, in doing so, he even gives up his own body, he quickly attains Śiva’s world (Śivaloka).

Significance: Teaches the salvific power of uncompromising loyalty to Śiva: immediate separation from śiva-nindā is framed as a direct path to Śivaloka, emphasizing anugraha responding to right orientation and satsanga.

It teaches that devotion to Pati (Śiva) is protected by right conduct: one must immediately renounce environments that generate pāśa (bondage) through contempt and hostility toward Śiva. Such resolute bhakti and moral courage are praised as a direct cause for attaining Śivaloka.
Linga-worship and Saguna devotion depend on śraddhā and reverence. Hearing Śiva-nindā undermines that inner sanctity; therefore the text commands immediate separation from such speech and company, preserving the devotee’s purity required for pūjā, japa, and dhyāna.
The practical takeaway is satsanga and śuddha-vāk (pure speech): avoid Shiva-ninda, keep devotion steady, and continue Śiva-upāsanā through japa of the Panchākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and respectful observances such as Tripuṇḍra (bhasma) and Rudrākṣa where customary.
