बाणस्य शोकः शिवस्मरणं च — Bāṇa’s Grief and the Turn to Śiva-Remembrance

सुखवादसहस्राणि भ्रूक्षेपसहितान्यपि । शिरःकम्पसहस्राणि प्राप्तानीकः सहस्रशः

sukhavādasahasrāṇi bhrūkṣepasahitānyapi | śiraḥkampasahasrāṇi prāptānīkaḥ sahasraśaḥ

Arriving in countless waves, there arose thousands upon thousands of pleasing acclamations, with gestures of raised eyebrows; and likewise thousands of tremblings of the head, coming in great multitudes.
