Shloka 16

दक्षयज्ञे मुनिदेवसमागमः / The Gathering of Sages and Gods at Dakṣa’s Sacrifice

तनूनपादपि निजं चक्रे रूपं सहस्रशः । हविषा ग्रहणायाशु तस्मिन् यज्ञे महोत्सवे

tanūnapādapi nijaṃ cakre rūpaṃ sahasraśaḥ | haviṣā grahaṇāyāśu tasmin yajñe mahotsave

In that great sacrificial festival, Tanūnapāt swiftly assumed his own form in a thousand ways, in order to receive and partake of the oblations (havis).
