बुद्ध्वा स्वधर्मं मनसा व्यभिचारं करोति न । निकृष्टा कथिता सा हि सुचरित्रा च पार्वति
buddhvā svadharmaṃ manasā vyabhicāraṃ karoti na | nikṛṣṭā kathitā sā hi sucaritrā ca pārvati
Knowing her own dharma, she does not commit even a mental transgression against it. Such a woman is said to be not base; indeed, O Pārvatī, she is of noble conduct and good character.

Mind-discipline as daily sādhanā—maintaining pure intention during japa (especially the Panchakshara, Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and observing vows with inner restraint; this is the practical takeaway even when specific items like bhasma or rudrākṣa are not named in the verse.
