मेना-शिवदर्शन-प्रस्थानम् | Menā’s Quest to Behold Śiva

Departure for Śiva’s Darśana

तमागतमभिप्रेत्य नारद त्वं मुने तदा । मेनामवोचः सुप्रीत्या दर्शयंस्तं शिवापतिम्

tamāgatamabhipretya nārada tvaṃ mune tadā | menāmavocaḥ suprītyā darśayaṃstaṃ śivāpatim

O sage Nārada, when you arrived and understood the purpose of your coming, you then spoke to Menā with great delight, revealing to her that very Lord Śiva—the supreme Husband and Protector of Śivā (Pārvatī).
