केशरान्ब्रह्मविष्णू च रुद्रमात्मानमेव च । अन्तरात्मानमपि च ज्ञानात्मपरमात्मनि
keśarānbrahmaviṣṇū ca rudramātmānameva ca | antarātmānamapi ca jñānātmaparamātmani
He recognizes (all) as contained in the Supreme Self—the Self of pure knowledge: Brahmā and Viṣṇu, Rudra, his own individual self, and even the Inner Self that abides within all.
Suta Goswami (narrating the Kailasha Samhita teaching to the sages, conveying Shiva’s higher doctrine)
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Mahādeva
Role: teaching
It teaches Shiva as Paramatman—the one Consciousness in which the cosmic powers (Brahma, Vishnu, Rudra) and the individual self are integrated, guiding the seeker from limited identity (pashu) to liberation through jñāna and inner realization.
Linga-worship begins with Saguna devotion (form and symbol) and culminates in understanding the Linga as the sign of the formless Reality—Shiva as the indwelling Antaratman and the Jnana-Atman beyond all names and roles.
Meditate on Shiva in the heart as Antaratman using the Panchakshara mantra “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” contemplating that all faculties and even the cosmic functions arise within the one Jnana-Atman.
