Sukta 7.60

Rishi: Vasiṣṭha

उद्वां पृक्षासो मधुमन्तो अस्थुरा सूर्यो अरुहच्छुक्रमर्णः । यस्मा आदित्या अध्वनो रदन्ति मित्रो अर्यमा वरुणः सजोषाः ॥

úd vāṃ pṛkṣā́so mádhumanto asthur ā́ sū́ryo aruhac chukrám árṇaḥ | yásmā ādityā́ ádhvano rádanti mitró aryamā́ váruṇaḥ sajóṣāḥ ||

Up for you the honeyed draughts have been set; the Sun has mounted the bright flood. For him the Ādityas—Mitra, Aryaman, Varuṇa—in one accord, prepare the path of the journey.
