अग्निः सनोति वीर्याणि विद्वान्त्सनोति वाजममृताय भूषन् । स नो देवाँ एह वहा पुरुक्षो ॥
Transliteration
agníḥ sanóti vīryā́ṇi vidvā́n sanóti vā́jam amṛ́tāya bhū́ṣan | sá no devā́n ā́ ihá vahā purukṣo ||
Translation
Agni, the knower, wins for us the heroic powers; he wins the vāja—plenitude of force—for the immortal widening, adorning it with his flame. Bring here to us the gods, O widely-dwelling one, and lead them into our field.
